New Features
Discussions for Group and Event Pages
Say hello to our new Discussions feature! This feature enables asynchronous engagement on:
- Group Pages: Organizers and members can now interact freely outside scheduled events, fostering richer community engagement.
- Event Pages: Engage with your attendees through discussions before, during, and after events.
- Moderation Made Easy: Enjoy basic moderation capabilities through an intuitive interface, keeping your discussions constructive and on-point.
- Custom enablement: Admins can decide to enable Discussions for all groups or individual groups.
Simplified RSVP Flow
We've made registering for events a cinch with our new RSVP process. Whether you're a logged-in user or signing up as a guest, our streamlined RSVP flow ensures a quick and hassle-free experience.
Bevy Virtual Meetup Enhancements
We're excited to announce the latest enhancements to Bevy Virtual meetup! Now featuring noise cancellation, auto-recording, and quicker access to event settings.
Noise cancellation — Click the up arrow next to your Mic, to enable clearer audio for all participants
Auto record — Host or Moderators can now enable auto-recording for their Bevy Virtual meetup events and never forget to record again
Quick access to event settings: As an organizer or host, you can now quickly access your event page through the Profile menu (bottom right of screen, and available on desktop only). A new "Event Page" link has been added, allowing you to easily access the current event's settings for last-minute modifications, view registrations, and manage other event-related tasks.
Fixes
Here are highlights of issues resolved

Fix conflict between JPEG and PNG banner images with the same name.

Resolve the issue of presenter video freezing during recording or becoming inaccessible during screen sharing.

Fix an issue with Looker Cookieless that prevents the Organizer from rendering event analytics pages.

Addressed an issue with Bevy Pay that resulted in an unexpected error when publishing an event.
