Welcome to Bevy release notes! Every month we share product updates, fixes, and general improvements.
Summary
New Features
New Reports added to the Admin Report Center
Two new reports, the monthly chapter member growth report and chapter rankings by member activity, were added to the admin report download center.
The monthly chapter member report tracks the growth, or contraction, per chapter, simplifying monthly chapter reporting.
The chapter rankings report helps admins identify top and bottom-performing chapters within the community.

Bevy Conference Navigation Links
Event organizers can incorporate custom conference navigation links when hosting an event on Bevy Virtual Conference. Event organizers can link attendees to external event-related content with custom conference navigation links.

Attendee Badge Printing Support on Android Devices
The Bevy Organizer App allows event organizers to manage attendees, scan QR codes and check people in when they arrive at an in-person event.
Now, the Android version of the Organizer App supports badge printing. The updated Organizer App will be available in Google Play Store on January 18th.
You should be aware that the current version of iOS already supports this feature.

Event Page Builder
We’re excited to announce that throughout January and February, Event Page Builder will be enabled on customer instances.
Event Page Builder is a centralized place in the Admin Dashboard where HQ admins can create and customize a single default event page template that local chapters and event organizers can leverage in their community event promotions.
Keep an eye open for communications from your Customer success manager about enabling event page builder on your instance. Learn more in the Help Center.
Enable subchapters setting update
We updated the way admins and organizers set up a parent to subchapter relationship between chapters.
Previously, admins and organizers were restricted to grouping subchapters under a parent chapter based on only identical location information.
Admins and organizers can now connect a subchapter to a parent chapter using the new “Parent chapter” dropdown selector. This new feature removes restrictions on how grouping chapters are determined. For example, admins and organizers can now also group chapters based on similar interests. Learn more here.
Fixes
- Scheduled Automated Emails – When a published event was updated in Bevy, the content in the corresponding automated event emails did not update. Now, when an event is republished in Bevy, the automated email inherits the most recent event information.
- Update Event Details Email Copy – A minor copy update was made in the event details email. The email copy was updated to “Event instructions (if provided) will go here.” It previously read, “Click the link to attend the webinar!“
- Cohosted Events – The page became unresponsive when visiting the cohost tab on a draft event. We've resolved the tab unresponsiveness, and event organizers can navigate between the various event dashboard tabs.
