Open Analytics in the Chapter Dashboard to see how your chapter is performing. You may see an overview, or tabs for members, events, registrations, and more. Chapter Analytics explains the dashboards in detail.
Use Analytics in the Chapter Dashboard when you want performance for the chapter you have open. Pick the surface that matches the question, then use Chapter Analytics for filters, downloads, and scheduled delivery.
| Question | Open | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| How is this chapter doing? | Chapter Dashboard → Analytics | A snapshot for the chapter you have open. Filters, downloads, and schedules are in Chapter Analytics. |
| How did one event do? | That event → Analytics | Registration and attendance for one published event. See Review event analytics. |
| How is the whole community doing? | Admin Dashboard | The headquarters view across chapters. See Admin Analytics. |
Note: Analytics appears in the left navigation only when your chapter role includes View chapter analytics. If you do not see it, ask a chapter team member who can assign roles.
Open chapter analytics
- Open the Chapter Dashboard for the chapter you want to review.
- In the left navigation, select Analytics.
- Wait for the page to load. The title is Analytics: followed by the chapter name.
For the other areas on this dashboard, see Get started in the Chapter Dashboard.
Tip: For each tab, filters, downloads, and scheduled delivery, see Chapter Analytics.
What you will see
The dashboard is either a single Overview or a set of tabs. When tabs are available, they are Overview, Members, Discussions, Events, Registrations, Tickets, Sponsors, and Website. Discussions appears only when discussions are enabled for the chapter.
Note: If discussions are off, Discussions is not listed. Opening that address returns you to Overview. Website on this page is the chapter website. Community-wide website reporting is in About website analytics.
