View performance for your chapter from the Analytics item in the chapter dashboard. Enterprise communities include tabs for members, events, registrations, and more. Self-serve communities show an overview dashboard.
Applies to: Chapter organizers whose role includes View chapter analytics. This article covers the current chapter dashboard. Headquarters reporting is documented in Admin Analytics.
Chapter Analytics shows data for the chapter you opened in the dashboard. It is not the same as Admin Analytics, which is the headquarters view of the whole community.
If you still use the previous chapter dashboard, tab names can differ. For example, the current dashboard uses Registrations for the metrics that the legacy dashboard labeled Attendees.
Open chapter analytics
- Open the chapter dashboard for the chapter you want to review.
- In the sidebar, select Analytics.
- Wait for the dashboard to load. The page title is Analytics: followed by the chapter name.
If you do not see Analytics, your chapter role does not include View chapter analytics. Ask a chapter team member who can assign roles to add that permission.
Choose a tab
| Tab | What you can review |
|---|---|
| Overview | A chapter-level snapshot. This is the default tab and the only dashboard on self-serve communities. |
| Members | Membership activity for the chapter. |
| Discussions | Discussion activity. This tab appears only when discussions are enabled for the chapter. |
| Events | Event performance for the chapter. |
| Registrations | Registration and attendee metrics. |
| Tickets | Ticket metrics. |
| Sponsors | Sponsor metrics. |
| Website | Traffic and activity for the chapter website. |
Note: If you do not see Discussions, discussions are not enabled for this chapter. Opening a discussions URL in that case returns you to Overview.
Charts and filters on each dashboard come from the embedded analytics view. Exact tiles can vary by community. Use the tab that matches the question you want to answer rather than searching for older labels such as Chapter Member Evolution or Attendees Analysis.
The Website tab is chapter website activity. Community-wide website reporting is documented in Website Analytics.
Understand the dashboard
As you search and filter in a dashboard, the data that displays updates. This makes it easy to quickly see the data you're looking for.
Within each section, there are different ways we summarize data, including:
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) titles—A total or average summarizing a metric.
- Visualizations—A chart displaying dashboard data. For example, a pie chart, a bar graph, or a line graph.
- Tables—Rows of records showing details of the data.

Filter, download, or schedule a dashboard
Dashboards include their own toolbar. Use it to change the date range or other filters, download a file, or schedule a delivery. Those actions apply to the dashboard you currently have open.
Shared analytics troubleshooting, including download and schedule chrome that also appears on other analytics pages, will live in Get started with analytics when that article is published. Until then, stay on the dashboard you opened from Analytics and use the toolbar on that view.
Navigate the dashboard
Explore and interact with the different parts of the dashboard, including:
Dashboard controls
- Reload—After you select or clear a filter, click the Reload button to update the dashboard.
-
Dashboard actions—Open this menu to access the different actions available for the entire dashboard, such as "Clear cache" and refresh, Download, Schedule delivery, or Reset filters.

Refresh frequency
Our analytics data is updated every 2 hours to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date insights on your audience and content performance. You can access the analytics data from different locations within our platform and all of them uses the same refresh rate. To check when the data was last updated, you can look at the bottom of each page, where you will see the date and time of the last update.
Troubleshoot
Analytics is missing from the sidebar.
Your role needs View chapter analytics. This permission is scoped to the chapter.
The dashboard does not load, or you see a refresh message.
The page shows We have a problem. Please try refreshing the page. If it still fails, contact support at help.bevy.com.
An ad blocker hides the dashboard.
Some blockers treat paths that include /api/analytics as tracking URLs, including the requests that load these dashboards. Allow that path for your Bevy site, or temporarily turn the blocker off. The same guidance is documented in List of reports in the Report Center.
You expected headquarters charts.
Open Admin Analytics from the admin dashboard. Chapter Analytics only covers the chapter you currently have open.
You expected test, hidden, or inactive chapters in a community-wide report.
Test chapters do not have analytics. Hidden and inactive chapter analytics are available in the HQ Admin reports.
