New Features
Eloqua integration
Bevy and Eloqua are now integrated to help teams organize community users and event with marketing campaigns and programs. You can now map fields from Bevy to Eloqua. This mapping captures data so that it is ready for processing. You can send different data at different times including:
- User data—whenever a user is created in Bevy.
- Attendee data—when someone registers in Bevy.
- Events data—whenever an event is edited or published in Bevy.
Higher many-to-many limits
You can now have up to 350 people register and join a many-to-many event, an event in Bevy Virtual that automatically enables audio and video for the first 50 attendees. This is an exciting change because we've increased the total possible registrations 7x!
Add, remove, and edit chapter team members by API
We added three new endpoints to our API that you can use to manage your Bevy chapter team members. Use this new functionality to onboard and make changes to team members (like organizers) individually or in bulk.
Previously, chapter team changes were made individually and manually from the dashboard. Now you can build a workflow around a common community management practice.
