New Features

New Group Dashboard Experience

Our revamped Group Dashboard is here to make life easier for organizers:

  • AI Content Creation: Integrated AI tools assist with generating event details, emails, and more, enhancing creativity and saving you time.
  • Streamlined Event Creation: The improved and simplified flow lets you set up events effortlessly.
    Efficient Navigation: Administrators and organizers can now manage multiple chapters with more ease, thanks to optimized navigation.

Please note: This upgrade enhances the UI and all links, integrations, and systems will be backward compatible, so no changes needed on Customer's Side.

 

Discussions for Group and Event Pages

Say hello to our new Discussions feature! This feature enables asynchronous engagement on:

  • Group Pages: Organizers and members can now interact freely outside scheduled events, fostering richer community engagement.
  • Event Pages: Engage with your attendees through discussions before, during, and after events.
  • Moderation Made Easy: Enjoy basic moderation capabilities through an intuitive interface, keeping your discussions constructive and on-point.

 

Simplified RSVP Flow

We've made registering for events a cinch with our new RSVP process:

  • Whether you're a logged-in user or signing up as a guest, our streamlined RSVP flow ensures a quick and hassle-free experience.

Fixes

Here are highlights of issues resolved

  • Email – Now the line height of system emails can be tuned. Previously, it was hard-coded to 16px.
  • Bevy virtual – The presenter popup on mobile phones was rendered under the menu, making it impossible to use on small devices. This is now fixed.
  • Analytics – embedded frame for Analytics was failing and couldn't be loaded. Error Refused to display 'https://bevy.cloud.looker.com/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.. This is no longer an issue in the current version.
