New Features
Introducing Live Transcriptions, Post-Event Transcriptions and AI Summaries in BVM
We've added live transcriptions, post-event transcription and AI generated summary capabilities to BVM, enabling chapter organizers to capture every moment accurately and share a summary quickly. These features ensure that every spoken word is recorded and accessible, enhancing inclusivity and providing valuable reference material. Additionally, our AI-powered summary tool offers concise overviews of events, making it easier than ever to review and share key takeaways with the community.
Global Emails
We're excited to release Global Emails to all customers. This new feature enables all admins to effortlessly send emails to members across multiple chapters simultaneously. With this powerful tool, you can also create custom audiences tailored to your needs, using various criteria like chapter membership, event registration status, and member roles. More details can be found here. To start using Global Emails, please contact your customer success management.
New Test Event Setting on Event Pages
We’ve introduced a new setting called Test Event on event pages. This allows chapter organizers to mark an event as a test, with the option to hide it or leave it visible. Marking an event as a test excludes it from analytics, providing a clean slate for trial runs and experiments. All other features and functionality remain fully operational, ensuring a seamless testing experience without affecting your community's metrics.
