This guide will walk you through the steps to manage your subscription to the Bevy Community Starter product.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Browse to the Bevy Customer Billing Portal. This is where you can manage your subscription.
- Redirect to Stripe Page: You will be redirected to a Stripe page. Stripe is a secure platform that Bevy uses to manage subscriptions.
- Cancel Your Plan: Look for the “Cancel Plan” button and click on it. This will stop your subscription.
- End of Subscription Period: After cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the end of your paid period. You can continue to access Bevy until that date.
Once your subscription has been cancelled, it is not feasible to reinstate it from the Bevy Customer Billing Portal. If you need to reactivate your subscription, please contact our support team.
Managing Your Subscription Details
You can visit the Bevy Customer Billing Portal at any time to manage various aspects of your subscription. Here’s what you can do:
- Check Your Subscription Period End Date: You can view the end date of your current subscription period.
- Manage Your Payment Methods: You can add, remove, or change your payment methods to suit your preferences.
- Change Your Billing Address: If you’ve moved or need to update your billing address for any reason, you can make changes directly from the portal.
- Check Past Invoices: All past invoices linked to your subscription can be viewed and downloaded for your records.
