This article explains the specific limits in Bevy Virtual Meetup
Maximum attendee and presenter limits
There are limits to how many attendees can be in a session, based on the number of presenters. The table below lists these limits for Bevy Virtual Meetup.
BVM Mode | Presenters | Maximum attendees |
---|---|---|
Standard | 1-50 | 10,000 |
Interactive |
1 - 1,000 | 1,000 |
Presenters are different from speakers.
In Standard Mode, there's no limit to how many speakers you can have in a session, but only a specific number of them can be presenting with audio and video at once.
In Interactive sessions, also known as "Many-to-Many" mode, all 1,000 attendees will be on camera and presenting at the same time, but this limits the entire event to a max of 1,000 attendees.
