New Features

New Bevy Website Analytics

We’re excited to unveil the latest version of the Bevy Website Analytics dashboard. This release brings a range of improved and new visualizations to help admins gain more in-depth insights into their website’s performance and audience engagement. The new dashboard includes: revamped insights on page views and engagement, UTM attribution, and chapter page views. Learn more here.

Chapter Page Builder Photo Component

Two new columns, days since the most recent event and days to the next event, were added to the chapter's events activity report in the report download center. With this new information, HQ admins have greater visibility into the event cadence within their community.

Access to Post Event Team Survey Form Link

We’ve released a feature that makes accessing the URL link to an event's Post Event Team Survey form easier. Organizers can now conveniently find the URL link within the Forms list, enabling them to easily copy and share it with their team members.

New Bevy Virtual Experience Coming this Summer

We're thrilled to announce that the new virtual experience has been launched successfully to beta, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. As we eagerly prepare for the next stage of expanding our reach to even more clients, we can't wait to see what lies ahead. Fixes

Here are highlights of issues resolved

  • New “Chapter Type” filter for Analytics Beta - Chapter tab - We have replaced the filter "Include sub-chapter" with one called "Chapter type" within the Chapter tab in Analytics Beta. This update addresses any confusion that may have arisen when selecting and viewing specific chapter types. This new filter offers improved labeling and selection options, providing a clearer understanding of the chapter types—Standalone, Parent, or Subchapter—selected and viewed.

  • Event Organizers Not Displaying - An issue was resolved that prevented event organizers from displaying on the event pages.

  • External Tickets Link Not Working - There was an issue where the link for External Tickets was not rendering on the button for the event page. This has now been resolved.

  • Updated the documentation on the Homepage Carousel here with the current maximum length of the URL, and an alternative solution in case your URL exceeds this requirement.
