Experience Event Page Builder — It’s NOW available!
We’re excited to share that Event Page Builder is now available on all customer sites! Event Page Builder is a centralized place in Bevy where HQ admins (HQ), with admin dashboard permissions, can create and customize a default event page template that local chapters can leverage in their event promotions. A recently published blog highlights how HQ can design event pages that wow.
Enabling Event Page Builder on your Bevy site is a two-step process.
- Navigate to the admin dashboard and select the page builder tab in the left navigation. Select" edit default event template," modify the default event template as needed and save your changes.
- Within the admin dashboard, select the settings tab in the left navigation. Identify the Page Builder section and check the "enable event page builder box." When event page builder is enabled on your site, ALL published event pages will be converted to the event page builder version.

Advanced Date filtering added to Admin Dashboards
Advanced date filtering is supported on the admin event, members, and chapters dashboards in the admin dashboard. Part of this process also included, simplifying dashboard visualizations and removing tabular data (data that's organized in a table with rows and columns) to the admin report download center for a consistent report experience within the product.
New Reports added to the Admin Report Download Center
Five new reports, pre-order form responses, post-event form responses, post-event team form responses, event types, and event sponsors and partners reports were added to the report download center in the admin dashboard. To learn more about each report, check out the reference guide
External ID column added to Site Users Report
A new column was added to the site users' report in the admin report download center called External IDs. When a Bevy user's account is created via social or single sign-on, the corresponding ID is populated in this column
Manually added attendee enhancements
Manually adding attendees to an event is easier and faster than before, which is a great timesaver when registering attendees at an in-person event. For example, after the event organizer enters the required attendee information, they can select "save and add more" and quickly add the information of the next attendee without navigating to a new screen. Learn more in the Help Center.
Fixes
Here are highlights of issues resolved
- Numerical values in a download center report – In the virtual engagement report in the report download center, the attendee engagement in minutes column was updated. The column displays the numeric value.
- Dynamic tags for chapter member audiences in Automated emails –When building/editing an automated email using one of the chapter member audiences, associated dynamic tags for chapter members were not showing up as options. This has now been fixed.
- Location detail for Hybrid in-person RSVPs –Previously, if a user RSVPs for a Hybrid event’s in-person ticket and proceeds to add the ticket to their Google calendar, the physical location was missing from the calendar event. This has now been fixed and the calendar event now includes the physical location detail for the event.
- Private Q&A – We resolved an issue that prevented Conference participants from submitting questions to a private Q&A during a conference event
- Event tags styling on event pages –Event tags styling did not match the styling for the rest of the text and copy in the event banner. We have updated the styling for event tags to ensure uniform styling within the event banner.
- Android 13 issue with Event edit form –We resolved an issue with editing or creating a new event on a phone with Android 13; the "Publish," "Save Draft," and "Preview" buttons complete the expected actions.
