    This is a good feature, it would help esp. to share the event materials (PowerPoint deck, reference materials, etc.).

    After every event, we share the event presentations and other resources with the members. Having a way to keep the document and materials at centralized location will help.

    Hey Viraj B - we already have that with our Slideshare system. Upload all docs to Slideshare, and then share that link in the wrap-up tab, and it'll all be on the past event page - nicely keeping your video and all shared resources in one place.     Alternatively, update the description of past events to include links to resources. This way, all resources are in one place.

    For Discussions, feel free to add a new discussion to the event with links to resources.

    i.e. there are three ways that allow you to keep all your data in one place with video and images of the event.

    Don't get me wrong, using Slideshare is fine, but the problem really is that the slides need to be publicly available to do so. So if you have a private event, and you want to share the slides and other resources out, then you have to work out some weird backwards way to do so. If there way a way to put those resources on the Bevy side directly, then that would be fantastic!

    I see, so privacy is the problem - ok - that makes sense, thanks for this feedback Ryan Wakefield.

    Just to let you know, we are looking at solving this problem in the long run, our main problem is the "management of files" due to the security issues that files can pose. So we are looking at possibly building our own solution - or purchasing a solution. On both sides there are pro's and con's and we really want to ensure we get the right solution.

    It's not currently high on the product roadmap as we need to get the New Dashboard and Discussions out, but beyond that Virtual Event improvement and File Management are 2 things I'd love to address.
