On the chapter Tracking page, enter a Meta Pixel ID and save. The Meta section appears after an admin turns on Allow Meta Pixel IDs on chapters. That pixel records page views for the chapter page, separately from a site-wide pixel.
Use Tracking when this chapter should send page views to its own Meta Pixel.
Note: The Meta heading and Meta Pixel ID field stay hidden until an admin turns on Allow Meta Pixel IDs on chapters. See Third-party services.
Open Tracking
- Open the Chapter Dashboard for the chapter.
- In the left navigation, select Settings.
- Select the Tracking tab.
The page title is Settings: followed by the chapter name.
Note: Settings appears when your role can view the chapter. If you do not see Settings, ask a chapter team member who manages chapter access. If Meta Pixel ID is unavailable, your role cannot change that field.
Save the pixel ID
- Under Meta, enter Meta Pixel ID. Use digits only. If the value includes letters or symbols, Save shows Enter a valid pixel id.
- Select Save.
Note: The pixel sends page views for this chapter page to that pixel ID. A site-wide pixel still runs on its own. If this ID matches the community Facebook Pixel ID, Bevy does not load the chapter pixel a second time.
Note: If the site uses a cookie consent banner, the pixel waits until the visitor accepts marketing or advertising cookies. See Cookies on Bevy. LinkedIn IDs on this same page are covered in Set LinkedIn tracking for a chapter. Meta Pixel and Salesforce fields for one event are on that event's Tracking tab. See Set Facebook Pixel or Salesforce tracking on an event.
