Sponsorship and vendor packages
Packages can include marketing exposure during the event. Here are some potential areas of exposure to consider when designing a package:
- Conference registration landing page
- Visible under “Sponsors” section of the page.
- Advanced option to showcase custom sponsor tiers.
- Visible in the Banner image.
- Visible under the “Speakers” section of the page if Sponsor is speaking during the event (Image, Name, Company, Title).
- Visible in RSVP (registration box) if using sponsor-specific ticket types.
- Logo with external links
- Outgoing automated reminder email
- Outgoing newsletters
- Outgoing surveys
- Conference agenda
- Host a session, networking table, or stage with the sponsor’s name in the title. Example: 2021 Panel presented by Nike
- Speakership - The representative appears under the related agenda item (Image, Name, Company, Title).

The Bevy Virtual Conference Booth functionality includes the following:
- Content Area - Can include a video, image, and/or the ability for Booth Host to present live with audio/video (e.g., offer real-time product demos).
- Sidebar - A link to the vendor’s website and a CTA button to direct attendees to the content you want them to see. Example: “Schedule a Meeting,” “Download Brochures,” or “Go to XXX Page.”
Here are some premium booth options to consider when designing a paid package:
Premium options
- Charge vendors to have their logo appear on the registration page and registration confirmation emails.
- Charge vendors to have the ability to turn their booth A/V on. Otherwise, they will just be communicating through the chat system.
- Charge vendors to have their booth listed at the top of the Booth landing page during the event. Example: #1 slot costs $$ and #2 slot costs $.
It’s virtual real estate after all! Traditionally, booths pay top dollar to have their booth in high-traffic areas.
- Charge vendors to have their own networking table they can use to connect with internal salespeople or invite attendees to chat with, in addition to their booth.
- Charge for Post-Event Attendee Report of booth visits with contact info, so that vendors can reach out to attendees afterward.
Vendors can receive the most attention if they actively participate in the conference. Going to networking tables, starting conversations, sending direct messages to invite them to their booth for a private conversation or demo. Traditionally, vendors don’t get 100% of their leads at their booth; they get it by mingling throughout the conference.
