Inside a Bevy Virtual Conference, use Agenda, Networking, and Booths in the conference sidebar to move between sessions, tables, and sponsor spaces. Session Join opens 15 minutes before each session start; networking tables and booths stay open for the whole conference.

Move around the conference
After you enter, the conference sidebar (or the bottom bar on a narrow screen) is how you move between spaces:

If organizers did not add networking tables or booths, that option does not appear in the sidebar.
Join a session from the Agenda
Sessions appear on the Agenda. What you can do after you join depends on the session type organizers set up:
- Stage — large broadcast. You watch the stage; interaction is usually chat or Q&A when those are enabled.
- Session — live room on the agenda. You may use chat, Q&A, and Raise hand. A host or moderator can turn on Presenter mode so you can use camera, microphone, or screen share.
- Select Agenda in the conference sidebar (or bottom navigation on a narrow screen).
- Find the session you want. Until 15 minutes before its start time, the control shows Starting soon and stays unavailable.
- When the window opens, select Join.
- For many live sessions, Bevy opens a pre-join screen so you can set your Name, check microphone, speakers, and camera, then select Join session. Stage joins take you into the stage experience more directly.
After a session ends, the Agenda can show Session completed instead of Join. Use Show past sessions at the top of the Agenda when you want to include sessions that have already ended in the list.
Note: Entering the conference hub (up to 60 minutes before the event start for attendees) is separate from joining a specific session. Session Join still waits until 15 minutes before that session. See Access Bevy Virtual Conference events.
Join a networking table
Networking tables stay open for the whole conference. Use them to meet other attendees around a topic — similar to small tables at an in-person event.
- Select Networking in the conference sidebar.
- Find a table and select Join.
- On the pre-join screen, set your Name and devices, then select Join networking table.
At a table, attendees typically get camera, microphone, and screen share so you can talk with people seated there. Organizers set how many people can have those controls at once.
Tip: If a table is at capacity for camera and microphone, you may still be able to join and take part in table chat without appearing on video. Try another table, or check back when a seat opens. Host capacity guidance: Capacity and limits in Bevy Virtual Conference.
Visit a booth
Booths stay open for the whole conference. They work like sponsor booths at an in-person event.
- Select Booths in the conference sidebar.
- Find a booth (you can search the list by name) and select Join to enter it.
Inside a booth you may see sponsor content (image or video), a promotion or links, and chat. Standard booths are not the same live camera tray as a session or networking table — for interactive audio and video with other attendees, use a networking table or an interactive session when organizers offer one.
Leave a space and return to the list
Use Leave in the tray when you are ready to exit the space you are in:
- Leaving a session returns you to the Agenda.
- Leaving a networking table returns you to the Networking list (so you can pick another table).
- Leaving a booth returns you to the Booths list.
Joining a different session from the Agenda leaves the session you were in. You do not stay in two sessions at once.
