Save your PartnerStack live public key, live secret key, and matching event discount codes on Admin Dashboard → Settings → General so affiliate referrals and ticket purchases can be attributed.
Connecting PartnerStack lets Bevy attribute affiliate referrals and ticket purchases to partners, and apply the event discount codes you list when someone arrives through a PartnerStack link.
Note: PartnerStack settings live in their own PartnerStack section on Settings → General — not under 3rd Party Services.
Before you start
- Have your PartnerStack live public API key and live secret API key ready (from your PartnerStack organization).
- Create the event discount codes affiliates should unlock, and note the exact code strings. Steps: Add discount codes.
Tip: Use the same code strings in PartnerStack and in Bevy. Codes must match Bevy’s discount format (letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores).
Enter PartnerStack keys and discount codes
- Open the Admin Dashboard.
- Select Settings → General.
- Scroll to the PartnerStack section.
- Enter Live Public API Key, Live Secret API Key (shh), and Discount Code(s).
- Select Save Settings at the bottom of the page.

Important: Attribution and referral discounts require all three fields: both keys and at least one listed discount code. Saving only a public key loads the PartnerStack script, but Bevy does not treat the connection as fully enabled until the secret key and discount codes are set too.
What happens after you save
- Bevy loads the PartnerStack script on community pages when a live public key is saved.
- Visitors who open an event through a PartnerStack referral link can receive the discount codes you listed (when those codes are valid on that event).
- When a ticket purchase uses one of those discount codes, Bevy can send the transaction to PartnerStack for partner attribution.
Tip: If keys look correct but referrals or purchases are not attributed, confirm the discount codes still exist on the target events and match the list exactly (including commas between codes). For account-level PartnerStack help outside Bevy, contact your PartnerStack admin or Contact Bevy Support.
