New Features

New and Improved Admin Chapters List

The admin chapters list table has a new look and improved functionality. The updates include an updated table design, new filtering functionality, more chapter-relevant information such as region, access, and status, and improved load speed.

New Chapter Dashboard Overview Dashboard

We’ve transformed the analytics overview tab on the chapter dashboard to showcase key metrics chapter organizers can use to assess the health of their community quickly. The metrics help the chapter organizer promptly evaluate the health of members, events, and chapter engagement.

Reply to messages in Bevy Virtual Meetup Chats

A popular request has been the ability to thread conversations in Chat within Bevy Virtual Meetup. Until now, you’ve been able to "quote" a chat, but this week we’ve released “Replies”. You’ll have the ability to either quote a conversation or reply to a conversation. Quotes are great for fast-moving conversations as they bring the conversation into view, whereas replying creates a thread that allows you to keep the conversation based on a topic. Fixes

Here are highlights of issues resolved

  • Fixed: On mobile devices, the menu navigation on the upcoming events page overlapped with the page title. We modified the mobile responsiveness, so the navigation items appear beneath the page title.
  • Fixed: Sections on the event dashboard were misaligned, making it difficult for event organizers to modify their events.
  • Fixed: Deleted sponsor tiers and their sponsors displayed on the event page when the user deleted them. The event page builder logic was updated and only displays active sponsor tiers.
  • Fixed: Newsletter subject lines with ampersands did not render correctly in the recipient's email inbox. An update was made to improve ampersand support.
  • Fixed: The date format for the event and chapter pages using Japanese was improved to start with the numerical representation of the year, followed by the month and day.
