This article addresses frequently asked questions about upcoming events pages and display behavior.

Why aren't all of my events showing on the homepage's upcoming events section or on the upcoming events page for my community?

The community settings may control how many events show per chapter. For example, some communities set their upcoming event page to show 2 events per chapter and a max of 24 events on the page. It will display chronologically based on date a max of 2 events for each chapter up to 24 events total (load more button will not appear after the 24th event). 

Organizers: Please check with your community HQ admin if you have questions about this.

Admins: Submit a support ticket if you have questions about the current setting limits or if you want to change the current setting.

Chapter Page Builder also has a setting where admins can limit the number of events that are displayed with a max of 20 per load more button.  Organizers should check with their HQ admin to know how many events are set to display with the load more button.

My chapter events are not showing on the upcoming events page list ?

First, check that your chapter location has a latitude and longitude coordinates set in the chapter settings (Edit chapter settings). If these settings are not present, it will be difficult for your events to appear in the upcoming event page list.
