Add post-event content to a completed event page, including a featured video, Slideshare documents, and photos, using the Wrap up tab in the Event Dashboard.
To wrap up an event page:
- From the Chapter Dashboard, click Events from the left sidebar.
- Click the event you want to manage under the Completed filter.
-
Click the Wrap Up tab.
- From this tab, you can add a featured video (YouTube, Vimeo, or Vidyard links), Slideshare documents, and photos. Once you upload and save, these items will be added to the past event page.
The Wrap up tab will only be displayed in the Event Dashboard when the end event date has passed.
From the Wrap up tab, you can add the following types of content, including:
- A featured video (YouTube, Vimeo, or Vidyard)
- A Slideshare document
- Photos
Once you save, these items are added to the past event page. Each content type requires a corresponding component to be configured in Page Builder before it renders on the public page.

You can use the following video hosting platforms to add a wrap-up video, including:
- YouTube
- Vimeo
- Vidyard
Only one video link can be added in the Wrap up tab. Event recordings are not automatically uploaded to video hosting platforms. Upload and edit the recording in your preferred platform before adding the link here.

Add a Slideshare document
Slideshare—An online platform for sharing slide presentations, documents, and infographics.
To display a Slideshare document on the event wrap-up page, you need either the Slideshare shortcode or a supported URL. The content must be set to public in Slideshare before it can be embedded.
The Slideshare document will only render on the event page if the Slideshare component is added in Page Builder. Learn more in Components-Event Page Builder.
Find a Slideshare URL
Use one of the following methods to get the correct value for the Slideshare field, including:
Slideshare ID shortcode
- Use this when the URL uses the slideshows format:
- Example URL: https://www.slideshare.net/slideshows/my-awesome-slides/123456789
- The number at the end is the Slideshare ID. Enter it as: [slideshare id=123456789]
Direct URL
- Use this when the URL includes the publisher's username:
- Example: https://www.slideshare.net/user1/my-awesome-slides
- Paste the full URL directly into the Slideshare field.
Embed code URL — Use this when you have the HTML embed code from Slideshare:
- Locate the src attribute in the <iframe> tag.
- Example: https://www.slideshare.net/slideshow/embed_code/key/2w33TLiS21AOtV
- Paste that URL into the Slideshare field.
<iframe src="https://www.slideshare.net/slideshow/embed_code/key/2w33TLiS21AOtV?startSlide=1" width="597" height="486"/>
Add photos
Upload photos to the Wrap up tab to display them in the image gallery on the event page.
For best results, use images with a 3:2 aspect ratio. Images with a different aspect ratio are accepted but will appear cropped in the thumbnail view. When a visitor selects the thumbnail to enlarge it, the full image renders correctly.
These images will appear in the event page wrap if the "Image Gallery" is added in Page Builder. More information in Components — Event Page Builder
