Important: Do not combine steps from the two experiences. Labels and host controls differ.

Current Bevy Virtual Conference uses Participants and each person’s Actions menu for Moderator mode and Presenter mode. Being listed as a Speaker on an event page or joining Backstage does not grant microphone, camera, or screen-share controls.
Warning: Use the product-specific article before granting permissions or ending a room. End event for all acts on the current live room and cannot be restarted from the room; it is not a generic way to cancel every remaining room in a multi-day Conference.
