Welcome to Bevy release notes! Every month we share product updates, fixes, and general improvements.
Summary
New Features
Chapter and event banner image upload enhancement
Uploading chapter and event banner images into Bevy are more accurate than before. With the recent enhancements, the published version of the event or chapter banner renders the same as the dashboard preview.
Chapter email subscriptions report
A new report, chapter email subscriptions, is available in the admin report download center. This report is used to identify the chapter email subscription status for all site users and includes both chapter email subscription and unsubscribe information.
Adobe tag manager URL setting
A setting has been created in the admin dashboard’s general setting to allow admins to easily connect Adobe tag manager to their Bevy instance. In addition, admins can now add their organization’s Adobe tag manager URL to this setting to begin tracking things like registration conversions or page traffic via Adobe tag manager.
SSO user deletion enhancement
Bevy customers with SSO enabled can now delete users via the admin dashboard. With this new feature, Bevy SSO customers no longer need to reach out to Bevy Support for assistance with user deletion and can now self-serve with this task. Learn more in the Help Center.
Sorting feature for the manually added attendee list
When an attendee is manually added, it displays at the very top of the attendee list. Previously, the list would be auto-sorted after 5 minutes; now, there’s a refresh button to sort the list at your pace. In addition, the more you add, the more they’ll stack up, allowing you to track your recently added attendees. This feature, plus the “save and add more” button, will allow you to keep track of all added attendees while handling several attendees at the door.

Fixes
Here are highlights of issues resolved
-
Conference event type not showing on specific chapters – When enabling the “Conference” event type to show on specific chapters, there have been occurrences where this event type would not show up on those respective chapters. This has now been fixed.
-
“Load More” button for past events – We resolved an issue where the “Load More” button for past events would touch the footer if the organizer section was empty on the chapter page. This layout issue has now been fixed, so there is appropriate padding for the “Load More” button.
-
Untitled event drafts causing error – The existence of “untitled” event drafts was causing an intermittent issue where organizers would receive an error message when attempting to create new events. This has now been fixed.
