Use the Reports tab in Admin Analytics to search, preview, filter, download, and schedule Report Center reports. Scheduled deliveries include only the first 500 rows.
Applies to: Community administrators whose role can download organization reports. Report names and availability can vary by community.
Report Center is the Reports tab in Admin Analytics. Use it to search and browse reports, preview their data, apply filters, and download or schedule results.
Open Report Center
- Open the Admin Dashboard.
- In the sidebar, select Analytics.
- Select Reports.
If you open Analytics from a chapter dashboard, you are in Chapter Analytics. Return to the Admin Dashboard to open Report Center.
Find and review a report
Report Center groups reports by subject, such as chapter, event, people, marketing, discussion, and AI reports.
- Expand a report group, or enter a report name in Search.
- Select a report.
- Use the report controls to filter or sort the data.
- Review the updated results before downloading or scheduling them.

Note: Some communities also show a Legacy reports link. It opens previously generated report files and is separate from the reports you browse in Report Center.
Download a report
- Open the report and apply the filters you need. Click the refresh symbol to apply any changes you made.

Select the three dot menu in the results table.
- Choose a file format.
- Choose whether to download formatted or unformatted values.
- Choose the number of rows: Current results includes up to 500 rows; All results includes all available rows; a custom value includes the number you specify.
- Select Download.
Download options can vary by report and file format.
Schedule report delivery
Use Schedule delivery in the report controls to send report results on a recurring schedule.
- Open the report and apply the filters you need.
- Select Schedule delivery.
- Set the frequency and delivery time.
- Choose the destination and file format.
- Review the filters, display settings, and optional message.
- Select Test now to send a test, or select Save to activate the schedule.
Important: A scheduled delivery includes only the first 500 rows of the report. Download All results when you need more than 500 rows.
Troubleshoot
A report you expected is missing.
Report Center is populated from your community's analytics configuration. Search by report name, then check List of reports in the Report Center. Contact Bevy Support if the report should be enabled for your community.
The report does not load.
Some ad blockers block URLs containing /api/analytics. Allow that path for your Bevy site, or temporarily turn off the blocker and reload the page.
A scheduled file stops at 500 rows.
This is the scheduled-delivery limit. Open the report and download All results instead.
