Find your points, badges, and profile title on your profile and Rewards tab. Other members can see your title, points, and awarded badges on hover cards and in the chat sidebar.
Your community may recognize activity with points, badges, and a profile title. You earn all three automatically from what you do, such as posting, replying, and attending events.
See your points, badges, and title on your profile
- Select your profile picture or name, then open your profile.
- Look for your points total near the top of the page.
- Check the badges shown on your profile. Your profile can highlight up to three badges.
- If your community shows titles, your title appears under your name.
Note: Your title reflects the highest tier you have earned on your community's title ladder. You do not choose it. Communities show titles only when the feature is turned on.
Track progress on the Rewards tab
Open the Rewards tab on your profile to see every badge you can earn.
| Section | What you see |
|---|---|
| In progress | Badges you are working toward, with a progress count such as 3 / 10. |
| Unlocked | Badges you have earned. |
| All rewards | Every reward available on your own profile. |
If you have not earned a badge yet, the tab suggests ways to start, such as completing your profile, creating a post, or joining a discussion.
Tip: Use In progress to pick your next goal. A badge close to its target is often one post or reply away.
What other members see
When someone hovers over your name or opens your chat details, they can see:
- Title, when your community shows titles.
- Points, your current total.
- Awarded badges, the badges you have earned.
Visitors who are not signed in are asked to sign in before they can see a member's Rewards.
Note: You cannot pick which badges appear in your profile's highlighted area. If you have questions about how recognition works in your community, contact your community administrator.
