This article explains common troubleshooting steps for login and password reset issues.
Didn't receive a password reset email
If you clicked the Reset my password button but didn't receive an email with steps to reset your password, we recommend trying the following:
- Check you're using the right website and help center
Some communities have their own help centers that are separate from the Bevy help center.
- Check that you entered the right email
To protect from bad characters, we don't tell you if the email you entered has an account associated with it. Try entering any other email addresses you might have used.
- Look in your spam or junk email folders
Sometimes email providers send emails that you want to the wrong folder. If you find it in a spam folder be sure to mark the email as not spam.
- Disable any firewalls that might block or flag the email
If the email is blocked by a firewall, be sure to add us to your contact list to make sure you get future emails.
- Log in using social sign-on
If you've used social sign-on before to log in, you'll need to use it to log in every time.
