When can Hosts / Organizers / Attendees access events?

Goes over when hosts and attendees can access events

All of them will require a valid RSVP to join an access event.

The access depends on the person's role:

• Hosts & Team leads (i.e. Organizers) can access BV & BVC events anytime before start via Calendar, Email, or Backstage links
  • They can't join by clicking the "join" button. The same restriction applies as for regular attendees.

• Attendees can only access BVC events 60 minutes or less before the event starts.

• Attendees can only access BV events for 15 minutes or less before the event starts.
