This article outlines ways to download attendee list, survey results, and form results.
View and export attendee reports
After the event, you'll be able to compare the number of attendees to the number of check-ins:
- Attendees: Number of people who have a ticket to an event (registered) in the selected time range.
- Check-ins: Number of people who have attended an event in the selected time range. Check-ins are automatically tracked for virtual events and manually tracked for in-person events.

To download an attendee list:
- From within the Chapter Dashboard, click Events from the left sidebar.
- Click the event you want to see attendees for.
- On the Attendees tab, click CSV or PDF. The file downloads to your computer, including additional details not shown in the table view.
View survey responses (form results)
Chapter team members can view the form responses (surveys) on a per-event basis. Form responses display peoples' responses to a pre-order or post-event survey.
Click to learn more about configuring event forms.
To download form responses:
- From within the Chapter Dashboard, click Events from the left sidebar.
- Click the event you want to see attendees for.
- On the Forms tab, click the reports button to see results. The dashboard defaults to 30 days from the current date. To get all pre-registration data, you must set the time frame from when tickets were made available to when tickets were no longer available.
- From the form results, click CSV. The file downloads to your computer, including additional details not shown in the table view.
Ad blockers and Bevy analytics
Some ad blockers will prevent analytics pages in the Bevy dashboard from loading properly. These ad blockers (including uBlock Origin) will not load URLs that contain the path /api/analytics, which is used in the background within Bevy analytics dashboards.
If your ad blocker allows customization, you can allow this path for the domain of your Bevy site. If your ad blocker does not allow customization, you can temporarily disable it for your Bevy site in order to view analytics.
