Find upcoming registrations in My tickets, open an event to Un-RSVP when that option is available, and understand what changes for email, calendar, and Join Magic Links after you cancel.
After you register for an event, signed-in members can review upcoming tickets from the profile menu and cancel a free RSVP with Un-RSVP when that option is available.
- My tickets — the profile menu entry (and profile tab) that lists your upcoming event registrations. Some communities rename this label (for example, My RSVPs).
- Un-RSVP — cancel a free RSVP so you are no longer on the attendee list for that event.
- Ticket confirmation — the email Bevy sent when you registered. It can include calendar options, a join link, and sometimes an Un-RSVP link.
Note: You must be signed in to open My tickets. Guest registrations that never created or linked an account will not appear there — use the confirmation email and the event page instead.
Before you start
- Sign in with the same account (and ideally the same email) you used to register.
- Have the event page or your ticket confirmation email available if you need to Un-RSVP.
Open My tickets
- Select your profile avatar or name in the site header.
- Select My tickets (or your community’s custom label for that menu item).
The page lists your upcoming registrations. If you have none, you see a message such as You have no upcoming events.
Tip: My tickets shows upcoming events only. Past confirmations stay in your email. If you have a very large number of upcoming tickets, the list may show a note that it is showing your first batch of results.
What you can do from My tickets
For each upcoming registration you can usually:
- Open the event page from the event title.
- See the date, time, and venue or address when available.
- See ticket name and price badges for paid tickets.
- Select Join event for virtual or hybrid events when a join link is available.
- Select Download ticket for in-person or hybrid events when a printable ticket is offered.
To cancel a free RSVP, open the event from this list (or from your confirmation email), then use Un-RSVP on the event page when it appears. Some communities also show a short Un-RSVP hint on the ticket card that links back to the event.
Un-RSVP from an event
Un-RSVP is available for free RSVP / RSVP-only style events when you still have an active registration.
From the event page
- Open the event page while signed in.
- In the registration confirmation panel, select Un-RSVP (communities can customize this label).
- Confirm if the community shows a confirmation prompt (default: Are you sure you would like to Un-RSVP?).
When Un-RSVP succeeds, the event page returns to the registration state so you can RSVP again later if registration is still open.
From your ticket confirmation email
- Open the Ticket Confirmation email for the event.
- If the message includes an Un-RSVP link, select it and follow the on-screen confirmation.
If you already Un-RSVPed, the link can show that you have already canceled. The Un-RSVP email link applies to free RSVP registrations — it is not the path for paid-ticket refunds.
Important: Paid tickets generally cannot be canceled with Un-RSVP the same way free RSVPs can. For paid cancellations or refunds, contact the event organizer or community support.
What happens after you Un-RSVP
| Area | What changes after Un-RSVP |
|---|---|
| My tickets | The event no longer appears in your upcoming list |
| Event page | You return to the registration state and can RSVP again if registration is still open |
| Ticket confirmation email | Your original confirmation remains in your inbox; Bevy does not send a separate Un-RSVP receipt email by default |
| Calendar | Bevy does not automatically remove a calendar entry you added from the confirmation. Delete or decline that event in your calendar app |
| Join Magic Links | Personal join links from that registration stop working for the canceled order. If you RSVP again, use the new confirmation |
Note: A calendar cancel attachment from Bevy is associated with the organizer canceling the event itself — not with an individual attendee Un-RSVP. After you Un-RSVP, remove the event from your personal calendar if you added it earlier.
