Select several posts on the Pending or Flagged content queues, confirm how many you selected, and apply Looks safe, Approve, or Remove in one step.
Applies to: Enterprise discussions communities. Forum Admins, Moderators, and Volunteers can use bulk actions in categories they moderate when this feature is available. Chapter and event page discussions (Bevy Discussions) use a different moderation flow. Direct messages, Ban, and Reject are still handled one post at a time.
Review multiple posts at once
Use bulk actions when you need to clear a spam wave or a batch of false reports without opening each row.
You can still use the per-row buttons. Bulk actions only cover Looks safe or Approve, plus Remove.
Select posts
To select posts, complete the following steps:
- Open the Enterprise discussions moderation dashboard.
- Open Pending or Flagged content.
- Select the checkbox on each post you want to act on.
- Optional: Select Select everything on this page to select every post currently listed.
The Looks safe or Approve button and the Remove button appear after at least one post is selected.
Note: Selection applies to the posts on the current page only. Changing the page, filters, or search clears the selection so you never act on posts you can no longer see.
Approve or mark posts as safe

To approve or mark posts as safe, complete the following steps:
- Select the posts.
- Select Looks safe (Flagged content) or Approve (Pending).
- Confirm the count. The dialog title uses the selected count, for example Approve 2 posts.
- Select Yes, approve them.
After the action completes, Bevy displays 1 post updated. or N posts updated.
Each selected post still receives its own moderation record. A successful bulk action is not one combined decision.
Remove posts
To remove selected posts, complete the following steps:
- Select the posts.
- Select Remove.
- Confirm the count. The dialog warns that the action cannot be undone.
- Select Yes, remove them.
Warning: Bulk Remove cannot be undone from the queue. Confirm the count before you continue.
If you select a discussion and one of its replies together, removing the original post also removes the thread. The reply may then show as not updated because it was already taken with the original post.
Pinned posts are not removed in bulk. Unpin the post first, or use the row action if your permissions allow it.
If some posts are not updated
Bevy applies the action to each selected post separately. If some posts cannot be updated, you see:
- N posts updated. for the posts that succeeded
- N post could not be updated. or N posts could not be updated. for the posts that did not
Posts that could not be updated stay selected so you can review them. Common reasons include:
- You do not moderate the category that contains the post.
- Another moderator with a higher moderation rank already decided on the post.
- The post is pinned.
- The post was already removed with its original discussion.
Row actions such as Ban and Reject remain one post at a time.
