Follow a tag to keep up with discussion on the topics you care about. Following a tag is different from following a whole forum or single discussion.

Tags group related discussions together by topic. When you follow a tag, you can keep up with new discussions that use that tag, without following an entire forum. Following a tag is different from following a forum (which includes everything posted there) or following a single discussion (which is just that one conversation).

Follow a tag

To follow a tag:

1. Click on a tag in a post.
2. Select Follow.

Unfollow a tag

To stop following a tag, open the tag and select Following to turn it off.

Set notifications

You can set when or if to get notified about new posts based on the tag(s) you are following.

1. Go to Profile.
2. Select Updates.
3. Scroll to New discussion with a tag you follow to set your onsite and email notifications.
4. Click Save notification settings to update your settings.
