What is the Help Widget?
The Help Widget is an AI-powered assistant integrated directly into the Bevy platform. It acts as your first line of support, capable of searching our extensive documentation to provide immediate summaries, step-by-step instructions, and links to relevant help articles.

Using the Bevy Assistant
Once the widget is open, you can interact with it using natural language.
- Type your question: In the "Type a message" field, simply ask what you are looking for (e.g., "How do I create an event?").
- Receive an Answer: The assistant will analyze your request and provide a concise summary of the steps needed. It often includes numbered lists for clarity.

Connecting with Human Support
While the Bevy Assistant is designed for quick answers, it also serves as a bridge to our Support Team. If the assistant cannot resolve your issue, or if you need to report a bug, you can use the widget to submit a ticket.
Important Note on Privacy and Data
To ensure the highest level of security, the Help Widget is completely siloed from your dashboard session.
This means the widget does not "know" you are logged in, nor does it have access to your account credentials or current session data.
- Why does it ask for my email? Because the widget is isolated for security, it cannot automatically pull your contact information from your dashboard profile. If you choose to escalate a conversation to a human support agent, the widget will ask for your name and email address manually.
- Is this secure? Yes. This separation ensures that the chat interface remains secure and does not expose your dashboard privileges to the support tool.
