This article outlines how to resend a ticket to a user who may have misplaced or never received their original ticket confirmation email.
- From the Chapter Dashboard, click the Events tab from the left sidebar.
- Click the event you want to manage.
- On the Attendees tab, search for the user who needs a ticket.
- Click the Ellipses (3 dots icon), and click Resend Ticket Email.
- A modal appears with the user’s email. Confirm that’s the correct email, and click Send Ticket Email.
