The Emails tab on the event details page allows you to view and manage all automated emails and newsletters related to a specific event. This includes scheduled emails, draft emails, and emails that have already been sent.
Using the Emails Tab
When you select the Emails tab, you'll see a list of all email communications for the event. This includes the email subject, the audience it was sent to, the event title, the scheduled send date/time, and the current status (Draft, Scheduled, Sent).
Filter by Status
Use the status filter at the top to view emails with a specific status, such as only Scheduled emails or only Sent emails. The "All" option will show emails in any status.
Manage Emails
- Edit Email Content: You can click the "Edit" option (pencil icon) to edit the email subject, recipient list, scheduled send time, and message content. Learn more about editing the email content here.
- Reschedule Emails: If you need to change the scheduled send time for an email, click the "Reschedule" link. This allows you to select a new date and time for the email to be sent.
- Send Emails Immediately: If you need to send the email right away, click the "Reschedule" link and choose the "Send this email immediately" option. This will override the scheduled send time and trigger the email to be sent immediately.
