Bevy manages the certificate for your community site. You do not upload a certificate or choose the certificate authority.
Which certificate authority issues it?
Bevy obtains the certificate and renews it. The authority depends on the address.

Can we use a different certificate authority?
No. You cannot upload your own certificate, and you cannot pick a different authority.
