How do I find my Eloqua site name?
The site name is the company name associated with your Eloqua account. When you log into your Eloqua account, this should match what’s entered in the company name field.
How do I find my Eloqua base URL?
Log into your Eloqua account and copy the base URL from your browser. It should look like this: secure.p03.eloqua.com.
Note: When populating this field, do not include the https:// prefix.
I’m receiving the following error, “Error loading Eloqua fields. Please re-authenticate your integration and try again” what does it mean, and how do I resolve it?
The authentication information entered for your Eloqua account is incorrect. If you’ve included the https:// prefix in the base URL, edit your Eloqua authentication, remove it, and save the authentication. Continue to the next screen to configure User mappings.
How will the Bevy Eloqua Integration data be transmitted?
We use the Eloqua API. Specifically, we use the 2.0 REST Form data API, with documentation located at REST API for Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud Service.
How can I test the Eloqua Integration?
Once you’ve configured all the integration settings, you can create a few test events and start triggering updates. If possible, we recommend using a non production form to test. You’ll need to update the integration configuration and select the correct forms post-testing.
Is there a view where I can see the field mappings between Eloqua and Bevy?
Yes. You can view the current field mappings by clicking the Edit pencil icon on the Eloqua Integration Card.
Can I alter the timing of this sync?
Currently, we do not support changing this.
