Join MagicLinks are only available to standard users. Privileged users (Chapter Team Members, HQ Admins) will have to go through the manual login process in order to access the event
Overview
Join MagicLinks provide standard users a seamless, one-click experience when joining a virtual event.
When Join MagicLinks are enabled, they appear in:

Ticket Confirmation emails

Calendar Invites.
How do Join MagicLinks work?
When clicked Join MagicLinks trigger a one-click authentication process via unique, time-limited links which then route the attendee directly into the virtual event if specific rules are met. The links follow these specific rules:

The event is NOT live (before or after event) | Redirected to Event Page |
The email or password has changed since the creation of the link | Redirected to login |
The user is not an attendee | Redirected to Event Page |
More Insights:
- Join MagicLinks should not be shared! Note that the links automatically logs the user in, so sharing it would allow the other person to log into your account.
- Manually added attendees do not benefit from Join MagicLink. They will be redirected and required to manually log into the platform to access the event.
