This article explains the specific limits in Bevy Virtual Conferences for the Stage, Backstage, Sessions, Networking, and Booths.
Stage
- When you use multiple Stages, you can run up to seven stages at once.
- Attendees for a stage are unlimited.
- While you can have up to nine presenters per stage at once, only five are visible at a time when a screen share is active.
The five presenters that are visible are the first five to join with audio and video.
Sessions
- You can run as many sessions as you want at once. There is no limit.
- There are limits to how many attendees can be in a session, based on the number of presenters.
The table below lists these limits for Bevy Virtual Conference.
These limits do not apply to pre-recorded sessions.
Presenters | Maximum viewers |
---|---|
1-2 | 5,000 |
3-4 | 4,000 |
5-6 | 3,000 |
7 | 2,500 |
8-9 | 2,000 |
10 | 1,800 |
15 | 1,200 |
20 | 900 |
50 | 400 |
55 | 350 |
Presenters are different than speakers. There's no limit to how many speakers you can have in a session, but only a specific number of them can be presenting with audio and video at once.
We recommend a limit of 50 attendees for interactive sessions when everyone will have their video on.
If you have an event that has 20 speakers, you can either:
- Limit the attendees to 900.
- Have the speakers present or answer questions four at a time, which means you can have 4,000 attendees.
- Group speakers into separate sessions that run at the same time.
Networking
- There is no limit to how many networking tables you can have at once.
- A networking table can have up to 50 active participants at once, and you can customize this to be lower.
- Hosts are not included in this limit. Hosts can join a networking table if there are already 50 people there.
- Attendees can still join a networking table that already has 50 attendees, but they can't participate using audio or video. They can only watch, listen, and chat.
Booths
- There is no limit to how many booths you can have at once.
- There are limits to how many attendees can be in a session, based on the number of presenters. The table below lists these limits:
These limits do not apply to pre-recorded booths.
Presenters | Maximum viewers |
---|---|
1-2 | 5,000 |
3-4 | 4,000 |
5-6 | 3,000 |
7 | 2,500 |
8-9 | 2,000 |
10 | 1,800 |
15 | 1,200 |
20 | 900 |
50 | 400 |
55 | 350 |
Q&A
- There can be up to 100 unanswered questions at once. When there are 100 unanswered questions, attendees can't ask new questions.
- Attendees can submit questions again when there are 85 unanswered questions. This means that hosts need to answer or dismiss questions before attendees can ask new ones.
