This article explains the specific limits in Bevy Virtual Events
Maximum attendee and presenter limits
There are limits to how many attendees can be in a session, based on the number of presenters. The table below lists these limits for new Bevy Virtual Events.
Presenters | Maximum viewers |
---|---|
1-50 | 50,000 |
50 - 500 | 500 |
Presenters are different from speakers. There's no limit to how many speakers you can have in a session, but only a specific number of them can be presenting with audio and video at once.
We recommend a limit of 100 attendees for interactive sessions, when everyone will have their video on.
If you have an event that has 50 or fewer presenters, you can:
- Limit the attendees to 50,000
If you have an event with more than 50 presenters
- Limit the attendees to 500
Q&A
There can be up to 300 unanswered questions at once. When there are 300 unanswered questions, attendees can't ask new questions.
The attendees will receive the error message 'There are too many unanswered questions' when this limit is reached:
