Privacy settings

Privacy settings include all cookie settings, options to input your organization’s privacy policy, and terms and conditions. 

1. Click Settings from the left sidebar in the Admin Dashboard. 
2. Click the General tab.
3. Scroll to the Privacy section. In this section, you will find:
   • Cookie Acknowledgement text: Here you can enter the verbiage you would like to display on your cookie consent bar on the home page. For more information, check Edit text in the cookie banner.
   • Enable the Bevy cookie consent acknowledgement banner: Checking this box will enable the banner
   • Cookie Acknowledgement button: Changes the label of the acknowledge button. This is the button that will to the right of the banner. 
   • Cookie Acknowledgement learn more URL: Here you can enter the link to learn more about your cookie policy
   • Privacy Policy link text: Here you can enter the text you would like to display on your Privacy Policy link
   • Privacy Policy link: Here you can enter the link to your Privacy policy
   • Terms and Conditions link: Here you can enter the link to your organization’s Terms and Conditions
   • Terms and Conditions link text: Here you can enter the text you would like to display on your Terms and Conditions link
   • Show global community updates checkbox in account creation: If this box is checked, new users will have the opportunity to opt in to global community updates
4. For any changes made, remember to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
