You must accept the terms and conditions before you can save the attendee information and add them to the event.

- First Name
- Last Name
- email address of each attendee
Support can also be authorized to check in these attendees and/or send them an event email when uploading them to the event registration dashboard.
Check-in Attendees
In-person Event Check-in
Chapter teams can check-in attendees in three places:
- Event registrations dashboard
- Check-in Attendee Dashboard
- Bevy Organizer App
Attendee check-in is recorded each time it's checked. Bevy does not track multiple check-in times. The last check-in date and time will be displayed in reports and analytics.
Event Registration dashboard
Navigate to the Event Registration dashboard. Check or uncheck the square box in the check-in column on the registration table.
Chapter team members with check-in only permissions will not be able to access the event registration dashboard in the chapter. They should use the check-in attendee dashboard.
Check-in attendee dashboard
Team members can check-in attendees from the event page without having to navigate to the event page by access the check-in attendee dashboard in the profile menu.
- Click on your profile avatar to reveal the drop-down menu.
- Click on Check-in attendees.
- The check in attendee dashboard will show all the event attendees. You can search for attendees or scroll the attendee list. You cannot add attendees to the event from this page.
Bevy Organizer App
The Bevy Organizer App is an app that can be downloaded from the App and Google Play stores to manage event check-ins using a mobile or table device. Learn more about the Organizer App here: How to use the Bevy Organizer App.
Virtual Event Check-in
When hosting virtual events using Bevy Virtual or an External URL, attendee check in is automatic. Check-in takes place starting 15 minutes prior to the event start time through the duration of the event. For example, if your event starts at 6:00pm and ends at 7:00pm, automatic check in happens between 5:45pm - 7:00pm. Any attendees who join using the Bevy permalink during this window are automatically checked in. No additional work is required to check in attendees.
Delete an Attendee
This action removes the attendee from the event but does not delete the user from the chapter. Deleting an attendee for a paid ticket does not refund their ticket price.
- In the event registration dashboard, locate the registration you want to delete.
- Click the ellipsis (3 vertical dots icon).
- Select delete.
The attendee has been successfully removed from the event.
Resend a Ticket

If the Join Magic Link feature is enabled on the community site, you are unable to change email address for ticket delivery. Learn more about Join Magic Link: Join MagicLink.
Reconciling Attendee Numbers and Pre-order form Registrations
There are two places in the event dashboard where you can download attendee information:
- Event registration dashboard
- Survey forms dashboard
The event overview page in the event dashboard will display the total number of registrations for the event for all ticket types. This information comes from the pre-order form data.
Event Registration Dashboard
The event registration download lists event attendees, with the number of attendees determined by the various paid ticket and RSVP types available. These can include a combination of free, paid, RSVP, and hidden ticket types. Each registration, regardless of whether one person orders the multiple tickets is counted individually.
Survey Dashboard: Pre-order form
Pre-order forms are automatically generated, defaulting to one month prior to the current date. To retrieve comprehensive pre-order data from registrants, adjust the date range to encompass the entire registration period, from its opening day to its closing day. The registration closing date defaults to either the time and date of the final event or the last day tickets were available, whichever comes first (e.g., for multi-day conferences).
