This article explains how to configure the Meetup Pro integration, automatically publish events to Meetup.com, and configure the integration so you can see RSVPs and registrations on Meetup.com. 

Meetup Pro is required in order to use this integration. If you're not signed up before you set up the integration, let us know.

Configure the integration

You must be logged in to a Meetup account that has Pro administrator permissions.

1. In the Admin Dashboard, select Settings from the left-hand sidebar menu.
2. Go to the Integrations tab, and then select the Meetup application.
3. Click the Connect Meetup button to connect your Pro account.
   This redirects you to meetup.com.
   
4. Select Allow to connect your account.
   This redirects you back to Bevy.
   
5. Enter your Pro Network URL-Name in the Meetup Pro Network URL-Name field. 
   For example, cmxconnect.
6. Click Save.

Automatically publish events to Meetup.com from Bevy 

1. In the Admin Dashboard, click Settings from the left-hand sidebar menu.
2. On the General page, go to the Meetup section.
3. Select the When enabled, published events will be created on Meetup for groups that have valid credentials check box.
   This enables the integration to automatically cross-post events from Bevy chapters to Meetup.com. 

Open RSVPs on Meetup.com

1. In the Admin Dashboard, click Settings from the left-hand sidebar menu.
2. On the General page, go to the Meetup section.
3. Clear the When checked, all events created or updated on Meetup will not allow RSVPs on Meetup check box. 
4. Republish your live events on Bevy.com. This opens RSVPs for the Meetup events.
