This article explains the different sections of the blog.
When you access the blog in the Admin Dashboard, you can view a list of published posts, create a new blog post, review pending posts, save drafts and view rejected blog posts.
If you don't see the blog in your Admin Dashboard, contact your Customer Success Manager.
The blog section has the following tabs:
- Published: A list of blog posts that have been published to your site. If you have not published a blog post, this list is empty.
- Drafts: A list of blog posts that have been written, but not published. Click on any draft post to view it and make edits.
- Pending: A list of blog posts that have been written and are awaiting review before being published. As an admin editor, you can review, edit and approve or reject pending blog posts.
- Rejected: A list of blog posts that were reviewed and rejected by an admin editor.
As Admin/HQ, you can decide who has access to write and edit blogs. After you decide who from your team you can write or edit blogs, send an email with this information to your customer success manager to enable permissions.
