This article collects the instructions on how to enable the new Bevy Virtual 2.0 (Beta Version).
This is a beta feature. This means that it might not be available to everyone.
Enable the New BV Experience
As an event Organizer, you can choose the Legacy Bevy experience or the New Virtual Experience currently in Beta.

When editing the event in the chapter dashboard

Select Bevy Virtual as your Virtual event platform

Check “Use new video features”

This will enable the new Bevy Virtual experience

Check “Audio & Video for the first 50 attendees” if you wish to make it an interactive session.

In Beta mode, you can now have up to 1000 attendees on video!!

At this time the platform prevents you from adding more than 350 ticket sales when this option is enabled, but this will be changing soon.

Save the event
Managing attendees
The attendee management experience has not changed and will be the same for Bevy Virtual 2.0 beta. Please see the “Manage attendees” help doc for more details.
Please note that anyone attending a Bevy Virtual event will be automatically checked-in. You can export an attendee list after the event.
Analytics
For HQ Admins, all Participant engagement metrics, Chat, and Q&A data can be found in the Reports Download Centre.
First, Navigate to the Admin Dashboard, go to Analytics - Beta from the left sidebar navigation and select the Reports tab from the top tab.
For Engagement:

Select Engagement under Event reports

Select the event you want information about

Wait a while for the data to refresh

all data will now be accessible for that event

For chat:

Select Chat under Event reports

Select the event you want information about

Wait a while for the data to refresh

all data will now be accessible for that event

For Q&A:

- Select Event Q&A under Event reports

Select the event you want information about

Wait a while for the data to refresh

all data will now be accessible for that event
